Michael Soby is the president of CumuLogic. He has been at the forefront of the technology evolution in Silicon Valley for more than 15 years and has been a pioneering entrepreneur in the datacenter infrastructure and IT consulting space. Mike came to CumuLogic from CA, Inc. where he was vice president of Cloud Consulting. Mike joined CA through the acquisition of 4Base Technology where he was co-founder and chief executive, leading 4Base from initial inception to acquisition in less than four years. Prior to founding 4Base, Mike spent almost 10 years working in various management roles in the systems integration space for companies including ACS and AVCOM. |

Rajesh Ramchandani is founder and vice president of products at CumuLogic. He has more than 18 years of experience in the software industry, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Java and middleware. He has extensive knowledge in Utility Computing technologies and Cloud Computing. Rajesh was responsible for market development and for building the partner ecosystems to drive cloud computing revenue for Sun Microsystems. |

Sandeep Patni is the co-founder and vice president of systems at CumuLogic. He has over 17 years of hands-on experience in Technology Infrastructure. Prior to this, he was Application Infrastructure lead for Risk Technology at Goldman Sachs for more than 11 years. Sandeep founded Perfect Systems and provided consulting services to various financial services companies. |

Laura Ventura is the co-founder and vice president of marketing at CumuLogic bringing more than 16 years experience in technology marketing. During her tenure at Sun Microsystems, she played a key role in Java marketing, advanced technologies marketing and Cloud Computing. She was also part of the team that re-launched the Java brand. |

Paul Rusk
Paul Rusk is regional vice president of sales. He has 30 years of experience in technology. Paul has held sales and sales management positions with both large and small firms, including Informix, Sun Microsystems and Oracle. Paul was co-founder of Bottomline Holdings, a reverse auctions software firm. At Bottomline, Paul developed the original optimization models for multi-item, multi-bidder winning bids determination. |

Bill Lard
Bill Lard is general counsel for CumuLogic responsible for all legal aspects of the business. He has over 25 years of legal and business experience at Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems and in private practice, including General Counsel for JavaSoft, Senior Director Licensing Strategy and Architecture, and Senior Director Alliances and Technology Licensing. He was responsible for negotiating many of the key OEM and technology licensing agreements for the Java platform at Sun. |
