When we designed our PaaS platform, it wasn’t a fluke that we decided to create a micro PaaS server. Our PaaS server is a small footprint server which can be installed on a laptop or desktop and should be able to create PaaS on private and public clouds. All you need is to add cloud targets in your profile. Micro PaaS is useful since we expected enterprises to deploy their own version of CumuLogic software for managing private clouds as opposed to hosted PaaS server in public clouds. So when you want to create an application environment, you can just choose which cloud would you prefer to deploy to. You could potentially deploy an application simultaneously on two clouds for HA purposes to have two environments with different versions running on two different clouds. If you would like to get our latest build of PaaS server, please contact us at [email protected] or go to cumulogic.com and click on Register for Private Beta.
